Scratch Dough Co is a cottage-licensed, family- owned microbakery specializing in traditionally leavened sourdough breads, pizza crusts and pastries. Our mission is to feed our neighbors and friends well- and to teach our community about the health benefits of sourdough using local, organic ingredients.
