We are excited to announce the launch of our new sourdough pizza crust (handcrafted from Scratch, of course!) It has been a dream of Stephanie’s for several months to offer Breadman’s famous pizza crust, in a package to our neighbors and friends. Like many of you, we are a busy family who often finds it difficult to put a healthy meal on the table every night of the week. Enter, organic ‘Pizza Blanks’ that can be topped, slid into the oven for 10 minutes and consumed happily by every member of your household.
This Neopolitan-style crust combines the familiar tang with a delightful texture that is both crispy and chewy. We believe the best pizza begins with quality ingredients, so we use the same local, organic ingredients used in our loaves to create these crusts. This simple and healthy meal option is also more digestible for you-and the perfect blank canvas for your favorite toppings.
